
Business Development Manager Microsoft Dynamics Solutions

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales and business growth in the post-warranty support area for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional post-warranty IT services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Strategy Development
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key prospects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-warranty support services.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase revenue and expand the client base.
- Stay informed on the latest Dynamics 365 updates, post-warranty support trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Acquisition and Engagement
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients requiring post-warranty support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored support solutions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in businesses using or considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Post-Warranty Support Sales
- Develop customized service packages including technical support, system maintenance, and service agreements for post-warranty Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Provide clients with post-warranty lifecycle services, including software updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the client's operational needs and are aligned with Microsoft's best practices.
- Customer Retention and Upselling
- Ensure ongoing satisfaction with support services by maintaining regular contact with clients and addressing their technical needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as version upgrades, system integration, or extended support contracts.
- Act as the point of contact for escalations, working closely with technical and service delivery teams to resolve issues.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or Dynamics 365 partner environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications across industries (e.g., finance, retail, manufacturing, and supply chain).
- Proven track record in developing and closing deals, particularly related to post-warranty support and IT service contracts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer service, and marketing modules.
