Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners within assigned territories. This involves developing and implementing business plans with partners to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships, providing training and ongoing support, and tracking and analyzing partner sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new channel partners within assigned territories
  • Develop and implement business plans with partners to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners
  • Provide training and ongoing support to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities
  • Track and analyze partner sales performance, providing regular reports to management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills
