HR Officer with Microfinance Expertise

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Officer with experience in the Microfinance industry to join our team at Ipnx Nigeria.
Job SummaryThis role offers an opportunity to build a positive workplace culture, support staff development, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving any HR-related issues and fostering positive employee relations, while maintaining a fair, respectful, and supportive workplace environment.
- Coordinate training programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge, supporting career development initiatives and helping employees meet their professional goals.
- Assist in implementing performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with the bank's objectives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and industry regulations, helping create and maintain effective HR policies and guidelines.
- Support employee well-being initiatives, including health programs, work-life balance, and overall morale within the bank.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR data, and reports for senior management, monitoring HR metrics and suggesting improvements where necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

We offer a competitive salary range of N4,500,000 - N6,000,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
