Strategic HR Executive with Administrative Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Executive to join our team at Marbleclear Limited. This is a full-time role that requires a strong background in Human Resources and administration.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing end-to-end support in the recruitment process, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing employment contracts and new hire documentation, developing and maintaining policies on leave management, travel, and headcount, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive support in the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
  2. Prepare and review employment contracts and new hire documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Develop and maintain up-to-date policies on leave management, travel, and headcount to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Ensure all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with relevant labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  5. Interface and maintain relationships with industry regulators and government agencies to stay informed about changing regulations and best practices.
  6. Create and distribute employee handbooks outlining labour contracts, rights, and privileges in line with company policies.
  7. Initiate and manage reward, recognition, and benefits programs to boost employee engagement and motivation.
  8. Support the development of a positive and inclusive work environment by coordinating training programs and workshops.
  9. Manage monthly payroll in alignment with standard practices and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to foster a collaborative working environment. They should also have proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HR software applications.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • HND/B.Sc. in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Certifications such as CIPM or other relevant HR certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
