Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to assist with the coordination and preparation of administrative and office tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative duties efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering enquiries, performing secretarial functions, preparing and reviewing accurate documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring all documentation is filed and stored correctly for easy retrieval.

The Office Assistant will also schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
