Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a management position, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be well-presented, professional, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in retail would be advantageous.

This role requires the ability to manage and train store staff, plan promotional campaigns, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mediating any confrontations between staff and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and restock the store accordingly.
  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality product presentation.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of OND in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
  • Good appearance, well-presented, and professional.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately N100,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
