Business Development Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven professional to take on the role of Business Development Manager at FriendnPal. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.
Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads, engage potential partners, and convert opportunities into meaningful collaborations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Identifying and engaging potential partners, sponsors, and clients through market research and networking.
- Conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintaining a database of leads.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective partners through regular communication and collaboration.
- Working closely with the marketing team to create and refine outreach materials that effectively promote FriendnPal's mission, products, and services.
- Presenting FriendnPal's value proposition to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting on business development activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the team.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
