Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Director of Business Growth to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, partnership development, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, develop strategies to convert them into new clients, and build a client base.
  • Financial Management: Ensure cost-effective funds mobilization, generate new business leads, and track key performance metrics related to business development activities.
  • Partnership Management: Identify and manage strategic partnerships that support business growth, negotiate and manage contracts with partners and clients, and foster long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of business development and wealth professionals, foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, and ensure the team is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, identify and mitigate risks associated with new business ventures, and adhere to internal policies and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business origination in commercial banks or asset management companies, focusing on retail, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business development tools.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
