Real Estate Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Real Estate Expansion Specialist to join our team at Pruvia Integrated ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth and expansion in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to industry regulations and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
- Lead and develop entry-level staff to become valuable sales professionals.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
- A strong track record of sales achievements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Market knowledge and proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
