About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FTTH Sales Executive to join our team at Timeless Telecom. As a specialist in fiber-optic solutions, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our FTTH services to residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase the adoption of FTTH services in targeted residential areas.
  • Identify potential customers through door-to-door sales, community events, and partnerships with local organizations.
  • Presentation and explanation of the advantages of FTTH services, including faster internet speeds, improved reliability, and enhanced connectivity.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new FTTH subscriptions and upgrading existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Identify and onboard estates interested in having fiber installed, ensuring all necessary approvals and requirements are met.
  • Plan, organize, and execute promotional campaigns in designated areas to generate interest and secure commitments from estates for fiber installation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in fiber-optic technology to effectively position our services.
Requirements
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the FTTH or broader telecom sector.
  • Strong knowledge of FTTH technology and its benefits for residential customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Self-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Performance Appraisal

The primary metric for performance appraisal in this role is the client onboarding rate. Success will be measured by the number of estates successfully onboarded within the defined timelines. Meeting or exceeding these targets is critical for career progression and incentives.

  • Campaign Success Rate: Effectiveness of promotional campaigns in generating leads and conversions.
