- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication effectively.
- Proven experience of 2 years in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in office software and social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
