
Senior Sales Manager for Modern Trade

As a key member of Ascentech Service Limited's sales team, the Modern Trade Executive plays a vital role in driving growth within the modern trade channel. This position focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
About the Role
The Modern Trade Executive is responsible for building strong relationships with key retail chains, hypermarkets, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms. This involves creating and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the modern trade channel to maximize sales revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Managing Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, hypermarkets, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts with key accounts to secure favorable agreements and ensure compliance.
- Forecasting and Planning: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and inventory needs. Develop promotional strategies to drive sales and optimize product visibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies, ensure smooth product distribution, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have minimum 3 years of experience as a Modern Trade Executive in the FMCG industry. They should also possess good knowledge of written and spoken English and strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
