- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, maintaining accuracy and ensuring all details are thoroughly reviewed.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO and take initiative to handle administrative tasks, prioritizing effectively to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing detailed agendas, taking comprehensive minutes, and following up on action items in a proactive manner.
- Conduct thorough research and compile information as requested by the CEO to support decision-making processes, ensuring all data is accurate and relevant.
- Manage incoming communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and events, both internal and external, by taking the initiative to ensure all details are meticulously planned and executed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives, with a demonstrated ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to proactively prioritize tasks and take initiative to address any potential challenges.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic environment, with a proactive mindset to tackle new challenges as they arise.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
