Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all office spaces, including ensuring that all equipment and furniture are in good condition.
  • Providing administrative support as needed, including photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
  • Serving beverages to staff and guests as required and ensuring the reception and meeting areas are welcoming and presentable.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist in the arrangement of office furniture and equipment when needed and support the team with occasional errands outside the office.
