Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships and customer records
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and confirm appointments
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Welcome visitors and provide information
  • Resolve office-related issues
