We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our expanding team at Bookteller Nigeria. This role involves providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities- Sort and distribute mail, messages, and other communications
- Create memoranda, reports, letters, and other documents
- Manage vendor relationships and customer records
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and confirm appointments
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Welcome visitors and provide information
- Resolve office-related issues
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
