Administrative Support Coordinator

This role provides administrative support to the Campus Pastor, facilitating their ability to effectively lead the church. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Main Responsibilities- Office Administration: Manage the Campus Pastor's calendar, provide administrative support, coordinate daily office activities, and maintain the overall work plan.
- Project Coordination: Assist with preparing assessment documentation, receiving and processing proposals and reports, and completing projects by following up on results and collating reports.
- Communication: Write clear, concise correspondence, proofread all material for errors, and provide excellent customer service.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Network across the organization, teach team members processes or technologies, and apply emotional intelligence to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and additional professional qualifications are an added advantage.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in administrative support functions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
