About the Role:

Key Accountabilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create seamless and customized travel solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our expertise and value proposition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset to consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
