  • Developing and executing a business development plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Managing sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability metrics
  • Analyzing sales performance data and preparing reports for senior management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). A minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in branded merchandise, corporate gifts, or related industries is required. You should also have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, as well as proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.
