IT Systems Manager Position

At Ascentech Service Limited, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and security of our IT operations, as well as leading initiatives to enhance our technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and Administer IT Systems: Oversee the management and administration of our organization's information technology systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Maintain and Optimize IT Infrastructure: Regularly maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
- Conduct Regular Checks: Conduct regular checks on network performance and data security to prevent potential issues and ensure compliance.
- Perform Systems Audits: Perform regular systems audits to ensure our IT operations are efficient, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
- Ensure Seamless Integration: Ensure seamless network integration and stay ahead of industry competitors in terms of technology and innovation.
- Analyze Departmental Needs: Analyze departmental needs and identify opportunities for improvement in our IT systems and infrastructure.
- Evaluate Processes and Technologies: Continuously evaluate processes, technologies, and vendors for effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct Cost-Benefit Analyses: Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and monitor vendor performance to ensure optimal ROI.
- Empower Employees: Empower employees through training and provide ongoing technical support to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop Disaster Recovery Plans: Develop robust disaster recovery plans and data backup strategies to ensure business continuity in the event of an unexpected disruption.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Certifications: Hold certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CompTIA Network+.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within an established organization.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, and proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
