Customer Service Representative

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join ILotbet as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about products or services.
Your goal will be to ensure that each customer has a positive and efficient experience with our company.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or live chats, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
• Identify customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions, escalating complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
• Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to offer accurate information and recommendations.
• Assist with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and returns while ensuring the accuracy of all customer transactions.
• Record and maintain detailed customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the solution provided.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and patience in all customer interactions to foster positive relationships.
• Adhere to ILotbet's policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to customer interactions and data privacy.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM software experience is a plus).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs.
Compensation Package:
ILotbet offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
This salary estimate takes into account the demands and responsibilities associated with this position, as well as the cost of living in various locations.
