Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an office support professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reception duties, file management, data entry, mail handling, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, directing visitors, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, organize documents, and retrieve information as needed.
- Input data into computer systems, update spreadsheets, and maintain databases with precision.
- Sort and distribute mail, prepare outgoing mail, and manage package deliveries efficiently.
- Monitor office supply inventory, order new supplies when necessary, and ensure the workspace remains well-stocked.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars for staff members, and send meeting reminders in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
