We are looking for a talented Strategic Business Growth Specialist to play a key role in driving business expansion and growth at Jossylee Homes and Properties Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and business development.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Liaising with potential customers to identify and explore new business opportunities.
  • Initiating and engaging in sales calls to new prospects.
  • Protecting the company's values by maintaining confidentiality of all information.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for new services.
  • Interfacing with existing strategic clients to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Defining and following up on periodic targets and objectives.
  • Determining new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Developing and delivering business plans through conducting research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.
  • Building referral and lead generation networks and affiliates.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Sales or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong Client Relationship Management skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Market research experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills.
  • Desire to make significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
  • A Pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
