Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze clients' current insurance policies and identify opportunities to suggest add-ons or new policies that better suit their needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through various sources, including cold calls, networking events, and referrals.
  • Manage the sales process, from initial contact to policy implementation, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance products and services, as well as market trends and competitor activity.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
