  • Manage correspondence efficiently, handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.
  • Maintain office security, monitoring visitor access and enforcing security protocols within the office space.
  • Provide administrative support, assisting with various tasks such as filing documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining records.
  • Offer information about services or products to clients or potential customers as required.
  • Handle payments, processing transactions if applicable to the business setting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
