Project Coordinator Leader

Our Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS) is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator Leader to lead the coordination of key client projects.

Your role will be to oversee the organization of projects, ensuring timely delivery and desired results, while developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
  • E nsure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and with optimal resource allocation, leveraging your solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in project management.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, incorporating risk management techniques to minimize project risks, and utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed, maintaining relationships with clients and all stakeholders, and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering (for technical project managers) or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of working experience as a project administrator in the hospitality sector, preferably with PMP/PRINCE II certification.
  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in project management, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management, with the ability to perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
