Business Development Manager - Store Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Store Manager to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing. As a Business Development Manager - Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard administrative operations, managing general upkeep and maintenance, and managing company sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing standard administrative operations.
- Managing general upkeep and maintenance.
- Managing company sales.
- Coordinating and leading teams to cover various areas of responsibility.
- Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels.
Requirements
- Hold a HND/B.Sc. in any Degree from a reputable institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
