Sales Territory Manager

As a key member of the Ascentech Services Ltd team, the Territory Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
