Customer Support and Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support and Sales Development Professional to join our team at Tespire LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and contributing to the growth of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via multiple channels while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain accurate and informative support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Engage in proactive communication with customers, offering solutions and alternatives to resolve their concerns.
• Participate in onboarding new agents, parents, and educational institutions, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Conduct demo sessions to showcase our products and services to existing and potential clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of new clients, maintaining a positive user experience throughout the process.
• Offer feedback from clients to help improve our products and services, ensuring continuous quality enhancement.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
• Currently serving as a corp member or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a keen eye for innovation and improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or sales is a plus but not required.
