Job Summary
Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing sector, requires a secretary with experience in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Key responsibilities include managing daily office activities, preparing internal and external communications, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and proofread internal and external communications.
• Organize and maintain filing systems.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and company events.
• Prepare agendas and minutes during meetings.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with managing office equipment maintenance.
Requirements
• OND/HND in Office Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Secretarial or Administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with office equipment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary: 60k
