Job Description

We are seeking a Training and Business Development Consultant who will leverage expertise in business development and training to drive revenue growth and client acquisition through the delivery of high-quality, customized training solutions. The ideal candidate will generate leads, design and deliver comprehensive training programmes, conduct research, and utilize aggressive marketing strategies to maximize enrollment in scheduled courses.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a B.Sc. in Business Admin, Social Sciences, or other related fields (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications in Human Resources are an added advantage.
  • Have 3 - 5 years of work experience as a training consultant, training coordinator, or similar role.
  • Possess solid organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and contemporary data management software.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities by promoting training services through various channels.
  2. Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes tailored to client needs, focusing on enhancing skills and organizational performance.
  3. Conduct research to identify trends and training needs and develop training proposals and marketing strategies based on identified needs.
  4. Utilize aggressive marketing strategies to maximize enrollment in scheduled courses.
  5. Update course materials and ensure timely availability before course commencement.
  6. Coordinate and actively participate in training programmes.
  7. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  8. Gather feedback from existing clients/customers to enhance current training products and develop new ones.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
