Job Description

This role plays a vital part in driving business success by managing existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and generating sales leads. The key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and statements to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Financial Guidance and Advice: Provide expert financial guidance and advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their financial strategies.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure all client accounts are fully compliant with relevant regulatory requirements, minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proven Financial Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial or related field, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and new business development.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: You should have a solid understanding of financial principles and practices, including financial reporting, analysis, and planning.
  • Industry Knowledge and Trends: Staying current with industry trends and developments is essential for this role, as you will need to apply your knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
