**Job Overview**

Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of making beverages, including coffee blends and sugar ratios. Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress is essential, with hands-on experience with brewing equipment and knowledge of sanitation regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and take food and drink orders.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other specialty drinks.
  • Prepare and serve food items, such as soups, sandwiches, and pastries.
  • Answer customer questions about menu choices and promote menu options.
  • Maintain the bar area clean and stock clean mugs and plates.

**Requirements and Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation, including coffee blends and sugar ratios.
  • Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress.
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
