Globe Williams Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to execute sales objectives effectively.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Generate leads through various channels and execute prospecting initiatives to grow the client portfolio.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to support business development efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Meet set and agreed KPIs monthly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HND, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analyze data effectively.
