Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Divisional Head of Sales. This role is critical to the success of our company, and we require someone who can develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Sales Operations:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including specifiers, architects, mechanical engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/customer relationships to optimize performance.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Support team members in pitching for and closing deals.
- Oversee the compilation of weekly team reports and present monthly performance reports.
