About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Art and Craft Facilitator to join our team at Monat. As a key member of our program delivery team, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and delivering engaging art and craft sessions for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development:
    • Develop and deliver high-quality art and craft programs that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement program activities.
  • Session Delivery:
    • Deliver engaging art and craft sessions, providing clear instructions and demonstrations.
    • Encourage participant engagement, creativity, and self-expression.
  • Resource Management:
    • Manage the organization and storage of art supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure all tools and materials are used safely and responsibly.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with participants, providing guidance and encouragement.
    • Promote upcoming sessions and events through various channels.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in art and craft facilitation or a related field.
    • Strong artistic skills across various mediums and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt activities to meet varying needs.
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of health and safety standards related to art materials and activities.
    • Relevant certifications or qualifications in art, education, or a related discipline are advantageous.
