About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Harvesters International Christian Centre. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Campus Pastor, including managing the Pastor's calendar, coordinating daily office activities, and directing workflow within the Senior Pastor's office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the Pastor's calendar and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Providing administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including financial statements and personnel information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in administrative support functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
