Commercial Print Sales Director

A leading commercial printing company dedicated to delivering high-quality print solutions to our clients is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth.
3. Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication and service delivery.
4. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations, utilizing strong negotiation and project management skills to secure new business opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and quality delivery of print projects, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and products, increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
7. Manage and maintain our website, social media, and online presence, ensuring a strong digital footprint and engaging customer experience.
8. Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, promoting our services and products to key audiences.
9. Plan and execute trade show appearances, events, and product launches, leveraging these opportunities to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
10. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies, staying ahead of the competition and driving business success.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, providing a solid foundation for sales and marketing leadership roles.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing management in a printing or related industry, demonstrating expertise and success in driving business growth and revenue.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue, showcasing ability to drive business results and meet performance expectations.
4. Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and industry trends, providing a deep understanding of the printing industry and its challenges.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, essential for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
