Job Overview

In this key position, you will be responsible for conducting telephone sales targeting the Nigerian market, promoting betting and casino products to potential and existing customers, and converting prospects into active customers using effective persuasion techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone sales targeting the Nigerian market
  • Promote betting and casino products to potential and existing customers
  • Convert prospects into active customers using effective persuasion techniques
  • Provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues professionally
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain records of calls and sales to improve strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in telephone sales (Nigerian market experience preferred)
  • Prior experience in the betting and casino industry (advantageous)
  • Solid background in cold sales
  • Strong, persuasive communication skills in English
  • Results-oriented and motivated by targets
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry
  • Customer insight and understanding of the betting and gaming industry
  • Persistence and resilience in high-volume call environments
  • Team player with ability to work independently
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of 8-12 million Naira per annum, depending on experience and performance.
