Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lead Commercial Services Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative functions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising support activities, coordinating clerical tasks, and leading teams of administrative officers. They will work closely with management and support staff to assess and improve administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Lead teams of administrative officers to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with management and support staff to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Salary and Benefits
