Strategic Business Growth Manager

At DynamicPlusAdvisory, we are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team in Nigeria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Growth: Actively execute sales efforts to achieve new business budget and implement a sustainable and ethical growth strategy for the book of business, including new and cross-selling opportunities.
- Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Assist with cross-selling strategies on existing accounts and maintain pipeline integrity, volume, and velocity.
- New Business & Renewal Updates: Coordinate regular updates of local Business Development and renewal, reporting to the Business Leader, West Africa.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Competitive salary: ₦20 million per annum (approximately $50,000 USD)
