Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Jenniez School of African Interior Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollment and design project acquisition.
- Identify and establish local and international partnerships to drive growth for both the school and design firm.
- Explore and enter new geographic markets to expand the business's reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute outreach initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet both short-term and long-term growth goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of trends and opportunities within the interior design and education sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of building partnerships and securing business deals.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the education or interior design industry is a plus.
- Ability to balance immediate business needs with long-term growth objectives.
