Job Description

Citygateglobal Investment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective relationship management with corporate clients.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
  • Analyze client data to provide strategic recommendations and drive new sales leads
  • Present value propositions to clients and close sales deals
  • Identify target markets and develop sales strategies to improve product offerings
Responsibilities

As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Dialogue with corporate clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
  2. Analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations
  3. Present value propositions to clients and close sales deals
  4. Prospect for new sales leads and develop sales strategies to improve product offerings
  5. Manage and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial banking products (PAYDAY, SME, PAYROLL)
  • Excellent business development and customer service skills
  • Strong relationship management and leadership skills
  • Effective communication and marketing skills
