Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and generating sales revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

• Building relationships with existing and new clients

• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives

• Presenting products and services to potential clients

• Conducting site visits and inspections to understand client needs

• Working closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel occasionally

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
