**Job Summary:

 

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team across multiple regions, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of ROBECK.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high levels of performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition in the defined geography and accounts
  • Assess current business distribution channels, develop, and evaluate their performance, and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 5 years work experience
  • Experience in builders hardware, social media, and business development will be an advantage
