Job Description

At HRPS, we are looking for a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

In this role, you will maintain a fully stocked store, adhere to visual merchandising standards, and manage point-of-sale processes efficiently.

You will also be required to:

  • Ascertain customers' needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • O.N.D in marketing or any related field
  • 2yrs Proven working experience in retail sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills


Working Conditions

This role requires working night shifts. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and manage their time effectively.

The job will require residing within the following areas: Ikoyi, Lekki, Obalende, Victoria Island, Ajah.
