Job Description

The Business Development Manager at LUGAD Group is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OOH media providers, media buyers, and advertisers.
  • Drive user-base growth through innovative product offerings and value-based services.
  • Manage campaign implementation, from planning to execution, to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the OOH media booking platform to target audiences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales.
  • Proven track record of identifying business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
