We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets for our Enterprise business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth. They should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their targets and provide high-quality service to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retain existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
