Overview
HR-ON-WHEELS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling day-to-day correspondence. You will also prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure that action items are followed up and completed in a timely manner.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
* Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
* Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain accurate records
* Assist with communication between the project team and clients

You Will Be Successful If
* You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
* You have 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or office manager role
* You have proven experience in project management or document management systems
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
