Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
Create purchase requisitions and procure goods and services, ensuring compliance with relevant federal or state laws and company standards.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier information, contracts, and purchase orders.
Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, replenishing stock as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Perform research and communicate with vendors and suppliers to find the best goods and services for the organization.
Create databases of invoices, purchase orders, quote requests, vendor or supplier contracts, and update them as needed.
Collaborate with clinical teams to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Track and maintain the status of orders, reporting any delivery issues to affected team leads.
Respond to emergency requests and expedite orders as needed.
Create monthly and annual purchase reports for management review.
Ensure all purchased goods and services meet company standards and are compliant with relevant laws.
Maintain an updated knowledge of procurement best practices, market conditions, and product innovations.
Manage relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration, addressing any issues, and seeking mutually beneficial solutions to challenges.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
