Job Summary

As a key member of the NSIA INSURANCE LIMITED team, the Insurance Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and retain clients. This role involves profiling client risk and providing tailored solutions, booking presentations with organizations, and managing customer records to prevent lapses. Additionally, the Specialist will assist clients in processing insurance claims and provide various insurance plans to meet the needs of customers and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an effective strategy to attract clients and retain their loyalty
• Profile the risk of clients and provide solutions to mitigate risks
• Book presentations with organizations to promote insurance products
• Manage customer records and accounts to prevent lapses
• Assist clients in processing insurance claims
• Provide various insurance plans to meet the needs of customers and organizations

Requirements

The Insurance Business Development Specialist must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
